Our Morack venue in Vermont South combines a public golf course, modern driving range, mini golf, café, bar, events and entertainment in a vibrant community workplace.

We're looking for a Full-Time Service Attendant who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a busy, varied and energetic venue.
n
This is a hands‐on, all‐areas role where you'll work across Golf Reception, Driving Range, Mini Golf, Café and Bar, helping guests have a outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.

The Role
n
As a Service Attendant, you'll be part of our multi-skilled venue team and play an important role in delivering great guest experiences across the venue.
n
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
n
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
n
Processing Driving Range and Mini Golf bookings.
n
Briefing guests on our facilities, activities and technology.
n
Taking and processing Food & Beverage orders through our POS system.
n
Delivering food and beverages to guests throughout the venue.
n
Maintaining clean, tidy and well‐presented customer and service areas.
n
Re‐stocking and maintaining service areas.
n
Answering guest questions and helping them make the most of their visit.
n
Promoting venue offerings, activities and promotions.
n




Working across different areas of the venue depending on operational needs.
n
Helping create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests.
n
What We're Looking For

n
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.

Able to maintain high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness.

Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
n
Interested in hospitality, golf, sport, recreation or entertainment.
n
Hospitality, café, bar or customer service experience is highly regarded
n
RSA and Food Safety certificates are highly regarded.
