As a Business Analyst for Cybersecurity
n Programs, you will play a critical role in delivering complex technical
n integration projects that achieve business objectives, customer outcomes, and
n operational excellence. You will combine robust business analysis capabilities
n with technical awareness across
ICT infrastructure, networks, cloud
n technologies, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure successful project
n execution within scope, budget, and timelines.

You will translate complex technical and
n security requirements into practical delivery artefacts, drive stakeholder
n engagement, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to continuous
n improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business
n performance.

Analyse and coordinate requirements
n across ICT infrastructure, network, cloud and
cybersecurity components; deliver on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes;

n support project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resourcing.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical
n Skills: Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure,
n enterprise networks, cloud technologies and
cybersecurity controls;
n experience supporting projects involving
WAN/LAN, cloud platforms,
n network integrations, infrastructure transformations, security and
n connectivity services; knowledge of technical architecture and systems
n integration principles.
n
n
BA
n & Project Delivery Skills: Proven
n experience on large, complex technical/cyber projects; strong
n understanding of
Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with
Jira, Confluence and MS Project; ability to support budgets,




n schedules and project reporting; expertise in requirements elicitation,
n user stories, process flows and traceability.
n

n engagement; strong influencing, negotiation and decision -support
