About the role
n
We are seeking a hospitality and housekeeping professional to join our team as a Reefsleep Host on a permanent full time basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that enhances guest interactions and delivers exceptional service to guests at Reefworld on the Great Barrier Reef.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight experiences.
n
Support the delivery of the Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.
n
Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
n
Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
n
Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements
n
Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests.
n
Collect guest feedback and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.
n

About You
n
The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You bring experience in both fine dining and housekeeping,



coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work. As a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, you will be a proud ambassador of Cruise Whitsundays.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management
n
Exhibit a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent relationship management
n
Be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
n
Be a creative problem solver with strong adaptability
n
Contribute to a positive team culture aligned with Journey Beyond

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Leadership (preferred)
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
n
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
n
HLTAID015 Provide CPR & Oxygen Resuscitation
n
SITSS***** Food Safety Supervisor

Elements of Shipboard Safety
