The Role and Responsibilities
n
EnerMech is gearing up for major shutdown campaigns across the country from August - end of November ****.
n
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced and safety-driven
Nitrogen Technicians
to join our high-performing teams on upcoming projects. Regardless of your location we support point of hires from all major cities.
n
Take on new challenges and put your skills to the test on diverse projects for leading oil and gas clients across Australia.
n
n
Set up, operate,
and monitor equipment for liquid nitrogen supply to support project operations.
n
Safely handle cryogenic fluids, including liquid nitrogen (LN2), and operate LN2 vaporizers and pumps.
n
Experience operating equipment for nitrogen / membrane units, gas separation technologies, and high‐volume nitrogen services.
n
Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
n
Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvement and plant reliability.
n
Uphold EnerMech's solid commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence in every task.

The Requirements
n
n
3–5 years' operating high-volume nitrogen membrane units.
n
n
n
Familiarity with compressors, dryers and nitrogen membranes.
n
Previous LNG facility or shutdown campaign experience (essential).
n
Understanding of P&IDs;, flow diagrams, and control systems.
n
White Card
n
Industry Safety Induction (desirable)
n
Working at Heights, Confined Space dated within 2 years (desirable)
n
Gast Test Atmosphere dated within 2 years (desirable)
n
Ability to pass Safer Together Medical
n
BOSIET - Offshore works mandatory
n
