Systems Administrator
to join our Systems Operations Centre Team in Australia in a remote capacity.

As a Systems Administrator you will go above and beyond by providing local end-user discovery, support, and training on how to utilise technology more efficiently.
n
Requirements

What you'll do:
n
n
Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure.
n
Develop and support cloud environments, especially Azure and M365.
n
Maintain strong documentation practices for operational clarity.
n
Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
n
Building strong relationships with customers by demonstrating positivity, approachability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help.
n
Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or related roles.
n




Strong knowledge of Azure and M365, with additional training provided for further development.
n
Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar).
n
Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments.
n
High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
n
A positive and team-oriented can-do attitude.
