Key Responsibilities:

Utilize market insights and industry knowledge to
drive informed decision-making with clients
, impacting commercial and operational performance of suppliers
n
n
Gain and
manage stakeholder engagement at all appropriate levels
and influence effectively
n
n
Provide input into the client's scope of requirements and specification design, proposing best practice approaches to the market
n
n
Develop robust strategies that challenge clients' thinking and
drive cost transformation
n
n
Develop negotiation plans and manage the negotiation process with client and suppliers
n
n
Provide
commercial input
on contract terms and conditions with suppliers
n
n




Contribute to the development of Proxima's internal knowledge development in the Logistics/Fleet category
n
n
About You:
n
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
n
n
Proven experience in procurement, specifically within
logistics and fleet management
n
n
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
n
n
Analytical mindset
with ability to assess supplier performance and market trends
n
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Solid interest to
drive change and make a real-impact
to our clients
n
n
Ability to travel based on projects/clients' requirements
n
