Job Description
n
We are looking for a Talent & Culture Advisor to join our team in Perth. You'll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality services across the employee lifecycle and the general business. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll facilitate payroll processing, onboarding of employees, HR administration and the continuous improvement of our operations.

Preparing employment contracts, variations, and related documentation
n
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
n
Coordinating probation reviews and employment changes
n
Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS
n
Processing of fortnightly payroll for Australia & Europe
n
Reviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy
n
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changes
n
Supporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controls
n
Contributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency
n
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systems
n
Conducting regular data audits and validation checks
n
Generating HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and leadership reporting
n
Identifying trends and insights to inform process and policy improvements
n
Qualifications
n
n
Must have experience in payroll processing, experience using Definitiv or similar systems an advantage
n
HR Generalist experience
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
n
Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
