nRoles and
responsibilities:n
n•Provide Level 2 support for IAM platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stackn
n•Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecyclen




n•Support and maintain ForgeRock Directory Services (DS) environmentsn
n•Manage configurations and troubleshooting for FRIM (ForgeRock IM) and FRIG (ForgeRock IG)n
n•Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for customization and automationn
n•Implement and troubleshoot mTLS (Mutual TLS) and secure communication channelsn
n•Investigate issues using monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relicn
n•Support Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized IAM workloadsn
n•Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and GitHub Actionsn
n•Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshootingn
n•Perform Java-based debugging and minor code enhancementsn
n•Participate in incident management, RCA, and problem managementn
n•Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practicesn
