Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of future projects, we are seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Soho Built Construction Team across Melbourne's Metro West Region.
n
This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of townhouse and medium density developments while being supported by the systems, resources and leadership of one of Australia's largest residential builders.

The Role
n
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium density residential projects from commencement through to completion.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
n
Managing multiple townhouse and medium density projects
n
n
Coordinating and scheduling trades, subcontractors and suppliers
n
n
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget
n
n
Maintaining quality standards throughout all stages of construction
n
n
Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits
n
n
Managing site safety and ensuring compliance with OH&S; requirements
n
n
Monitoring and controlling construction budgets and trade costs
n
n
Building strong relationships with developer partners, consultants and stakeholders
n
n
Providing exceptional customer and client service throughout the construction process
n
n
Driving construction programs to achieve project milestones and settlement deadlines
n
About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
n
Previous experience managing townhouse, unit, medium density or project-based residential developments
n
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Manager role
n
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies and building regulations
n
n
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
n
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
n
Strong communication and relationship-building capability
n
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
n
