We're currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Counter Sales team member to join our Tamworth branch on a permanent part time basis.

About the role
n
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support at the front counter. From processing orders to answering product enquiries, you'll play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly.
n
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3.00 pm, with the opportunity to transition into a full time role for the right person.

Key responsibilities

Serve and assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner
n
Process sales orders and payments accurately
n




Provide product information and basic technical guidance
n
Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
Handle phone and email enquiries
n
Maintain a clean and organised front office area
n

About you
n

Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a trade, building, or manufacturing environment
n
Strong communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
n
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
Comfortable using computer systems and processing orders
n
A team player who is reliable and keen to learn
