Phantm is looking for an exceptional
AI-Native Product Engineer
to help accelerate the next stage of our product and business.
n
This is not a traditional developer role. We want someone who can design, build and ship across the full stack, using up-to-date AI-native tools to operate with the speed and output of a small team.
n
You will work directly with the founders and customer engagement team to turn customer feedback, commercial insight and industry knowledge into a live product quickly. The goal is simple: compress feature cycles from months into days and weeks.
n

About the role
n
You will take ownership of product implementation across the platform, helping us evolve and accelerate what already exists.
n
This role suits someone who is highly capable technically, commercially aware, visually strong, and excited by the idea of building fast in a real business environment where customer need is clear and product impact is immediate.
n
You will be expected to:
n

n
Own end-to-end product implementation across frontend, backend and data layer
n
n
Work directly with the founders and customer engagement team to translate market feedback and operational insight into shipped features
n
n
Rapidly prototype, refine and release product improvements
n
n
Help create a dynamic where a customer conversation today can become a working feature tomorrow
n
n
Maintain and evolve the existing platform, not rebuild it, but materially accelerate it
n
n
Build internal tools,



dashboards and interfaces that make complex data tangible for customers
n
n
Improve speed, usability and product clarity across the platform
n
n
Use AI-native development tools as part of your daily workflow to increase output and reduce cycle time
n
n
Where you are likely to be
n
This role is likely to suit someone in the following range:
n
n
n
Around 2–4 years into their career, with strong full-stack capability and clear evidence they can ship quickly and independently
n
n
Or at an earlier stage, but already showing unusual speed, product instinct and fluency with AI-native tooling
n
n
We are less interested in polished corporate CVs and more interested in people who can
actually build
.
n
You are likely to bring:
n

Strong capability in
React / Next.js
and
Python or Node.js
n
n
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as
Claude Code, Cursor, v0
, or similar
n
n
A portfolio of shipped products, features or tools
n
n
Strong product instinct and a good design eye — you can make things work well and look good
n
n
The confidence to work independently and make sound decisions without excessive structure
n
n
The ability to work closely with founders, understand commercial priorities, and turn them into product quickly
n
n
It would also be valuable if you have exposure to:
