SAP System Administrator –
n SuccessFactors (cloud) and Business Technology Platform
n
Role Purpose:
We require an experienced senior SAP
n Basis and platform engineer to provide technical support, administration, and
n operational ownership across the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology
n Platform (BTP). The role is responsible for maintaining platform stability,
n availability, security, performance, and compliance across HR technology
n services.
n
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will
n be a hands-on SAP technical specialist with deep SAP Basis experience, Employee
n Central Payroll platform knowledge, and practical administration experience
n across SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, IAS, IPS, Cloud Connector, SAP Router,
n certificates, OAuth, transport management, system refreshes, and platform
n monitoring. They must be comfortable working in a regulated enterprise
n environment and able to engage with business teams, internal technology teams,
n SAP support, and vendors.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
• Provide SAP Basis and
n platform administration support across SuccessFactors and Employee Central
n Payroll environments.
n
• Maintain platform
n availability, performance, security, and operational supportability across
n production and non-production environments.
n
• Administer SAP SuccessFactors
n platform services, transport management, environment governance, and release
n support activities.
n
• Support Employee Central
n Payroll technical operations, including payroll infrastructure, upgrades,
n patching, monitoring, background jobs, and issue resolution.
n
• Lead or support system copy,
n environment refresh, Spinifex cloning, post-refresh validation, and technical




n cutover activities.
n
• Administer SAP IAS, IPS, SSO,
n OAuth, certificates, trust relationships, and privileged access controls.
n
• Manage SAP BTP subaccounts,
n destinations, connectivity, entitlements, role collections, and service
n administration.
n
• Support SAP Cloud Connector,
n SAP Router, RFCs, APIs, secure connectivity, and integration troubleshooting.
n
• Perform platform health
n checks, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational risk
n mitigation.
n
Mandatory Experience:
n
• 4+ years SAP Basis
n administration experience, including SAP NetWeaver ABAP, transport management,
n monitoring, troubleshooting, background jobs, system copy, and workplace
n refresh activities.
n
• 3+ years supporting SAP
n SuccessFactors environments, with strong Employee Central and platform
n administration experience.
n
• Strong hands-on experience
n supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll technical operations, upgrades,
n patching, and payroll infrastructure.
n
• Practical experience with SAP
n IAS, IPS, OAuth, SSO, certificate lifecycle management, SSL, trust
n configuration, and security controls.
n
• Experience administering SAP
n BTP, Cloud Connector, SAP Router, RFCs, API authentication, and secure
n integration services.
n
• Experience operating in a
n complex, regulated enterprise environment with strong documentation,
n governance, and stakeholder engagement disciplines.
n
Highly Desirable:
SAP SuccessFactors
n Platform Administration certification, SAP Basis certification, CyberArk or
n other privileged access management experience, exposure to large-scale HR
n transformation programmes, and experience supporting geographically distributed
n SAP landscapes.
