Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role
n Key Responsibilities
n • Lead end to end delivery of SAP
n SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuring
n alignment with business goals and timelines.
n • Act as the single point of contact for
n onshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication,
n and accountability across all delivery streams.
n • Own and drive build, testing, and PRR
n (Production Readiness Review) technical activities, ensuring quality,
n compliance, and timely execution
n • Govern solution design, configuration,
n integrations, and data migration to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
n • Manage release planning, defect management,
n and risk mitigation to ensure predictable and high quality delivery outcomes.
n • Collaborate closely with business
n stakeholders, functional leads, and architects to translate business
n requirements into technical solutions
n • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, best
n practices, and governance frameworks across all phases of implementation.
n • Drive continuous improvement through
n automation, standardisation, and optimisation initiatives within the delivery
n lifecycle.
n • Support multi country/global deployments,
n ensuring compliance with regional and organisational requirements.
n • Provide leadership and mentoring to offshore
n teams, fostering capability development and delivery excellence.
n




n Required Skills & Experience
n • 10+ years of overall IT experience with
n strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
n • Proven experience in delivering SAP
n SuccessFactors modules: PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
n • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors
n architecture, integrations (SAP CPI/PI/PO), and data models.
n • Hands on experience in configuration,
n releases, and production support.
n • Experience in managing distributed
n (onshore/offshore) delivery teams.
n • Solid understanding of testing strategies,
n PRR processes, and release management.
n • Solid stakeholder management and communication
n skills, with ability to engage senior leadership.
n • Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
n
n Preferred Qualifications
n • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM
n and/or
Compensation/Variable
Pay preferred).
n • Experience in large -scale enterprise
n implementations, preferably in banking/financial services.
n • Exposure to People Analytics and reporting
n solutions.
n • Familiarity with governance frameworks,
n compliance, and audit requirements.
n
