Job Description

We're seeking an experienced
General Manager - Service Delivery
to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division.
n
Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you'll drive strategic performance, lead a team of Senior Operations Managers, oversee commercial outcomes, and build strong relationships with government stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional participant outcomes while delivering on contractual, quality and financial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading national service delivery across our IEA and WFA contract
n
Driving contractual, compliance and quality outcomes
n
Delivery exceptional service to our clients
n
Developing and leading high-performing teams
n
Building strong relationships with government and key stakeholders
n
Managing divisional budgets, growth and profitability
n
Supporting innovation, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
n




Qualifications
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Significant leadership experience in Employment Services
n
Strong commercial and operational management capability
n
Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams
n
Experience managing government-funded contracts and performance frameworks
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
A passion for developing people and delivering meaningful client outcomes
n
Ability to lead, inspire and engage a large team of **** team members nationally
n
