Key Performance Outputs

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
n statements
n
n
Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entry review and approvals
n
n
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and stock movements across sites
n
n
Ensure inventory and budgetary adjustments are reflected appropriately
n
n
Review and correct GL allocations; assess provision and accrual needs
n
n
Maintain and update the fixed asset register; run monthly depreciation
n
n
Conduct on -site verification of stock counts with farm -based teams
n
n
Draft dashboard reporting and assist with cash flow analysis for Treasury
n
n
Support BAS, ATO returns, and assist with external audits
n
n
Investigate outstanding purchase orders and system discrepancies
n
n
Cross -check and release creditors' payments
n
n
Manage and evaluate foreign currency transactions and balance
n
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
n n
n
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
n
n
CA or CPA qualified, or currently enrolled and
n progressing toward certification (preferred)
n
n




Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial
n accounting or similar role
n
n
Valid Australian driver's license
n
n
Willingness to travel to farm sites within WA
n (day travel)
n
n
This is a
n split role, typically spending part of the week in the Perth office and part
n on -site at farms within day -travel distance
n
Functional / Technical
n n
n
Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting principles
n
n
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous)
n
n
Ability to work across complex, multi -site environments (agribusiness experience a plus)
n
n
High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
