ASX-Listed Mining Company | Permanent | West Perth | $100,000 - $110,000 + Super Pro Rata.

We are currently partnering with a leading
ASX-listed mining company
to appoint a
Part Time Payroll Officer
to join their team on a permanent basis.
n
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll qualified looking for a flexible part time role within a well established and growing mining organisation.
n
n
Reporting into the broader Finance/Payroll function, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a
fortnightly payroll of approximately 350 employees
.
n
n
The role is initially anticipated to be approximately
3 days per week / 0.6 FTE (flexible)
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
n
n
Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for approximately 350 employees.
n
n
n
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
n
n
n
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries.
n
n
n
Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and payroll compliance requirements.
n
n
n
Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
n
n
n




Support continuous improvement across payroll processes and systems.
n
n
n
About You
n
n
We are looking for an experienced payroll professional who is confident working independently and managing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
n
n
n
n
SAP payroll experience highly desirable.
n
n
n
Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant Australian legislation.
n
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
n
n
The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
n
n
n
