Position: Sr. Software Engineer

I am responsible for
n •Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
n •Leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.
n •Reviewing code, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high code quality standards.
n •Collaborating with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
n •Identifying and resolving technical debt and system bottlenecks.
n •Providing guidance and training to junior developers to help them grow their skills.
n •Implementing and advocating for engineering best practices.
n •Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
n •Actively participating in retrospectives and suggesting improvements to processes and workflows.
n •Leveraging AI -assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.
n •Mentoring junior engineers on effective and responsible use of AI coding tools and LLM integrations.

n •6 -8 years of skilled software development experience.
n •Experience building and maintaining large -scale applications and performance optimisation.
n •Background in agile development methodologies.




n •Experience with microservices and event -driven architecture.
n •Experience with test -driven development.
n •Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
n •Hands -on experience using AI -assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in day -to -day development.
n •Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI -powered features into production applications.
n
n
I bring these skills
n •Solid proficiency in at least one OOP language (C#.NET, Java, C++).
n •Solid proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework (React.js, Next.js, Angular).
n •Solid proficiency in a cloud platform (Azure / AWS / GCP).
n •Solid proficiency in SQL Server and Redis.
n •Strong understanding of Datadog and LaunchDarkly.
n •Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
n •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

AI Tooling
n •Proficiency with AI -assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
n •Practical understanding of prompt engineering and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
n •Familiarity with AI/ML design patterns including RAG architectures and vector databases.

Qualifications
n •Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification.
