EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisor Boilermakers for upcoming shutdown, maintenance, and project opportunities across the Gladstone region.
n

About the Role
n
As a Supervisor Boilermaker, you will be responsible for leading work crews, ensuring safe execution of maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes across a range of industrial projects.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Supervising and coordinating boilermaker crews
n
Promoting and maintaining a robust safety culture
n
Planning and allocating daily work activities
n
Monitoring workmanship and quality standards
n
Liaising with site management and project teams
n
Assisting with shutdown, maintenance, and project execution
n
Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
n
n
Requirements
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking
n
n
n
Previous experience leading crews within heavy industry
n
n
n
Strong shutdown and maintenance experience
n
n
n
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
n
n
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
n
n
Ability to work in high-pressure operational environments
n
n
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
n
n
Relevant site inductions and tickets (desirable)
n
Full Australian Working Rights
n
Recent Police Clearance
