About the role
n We are looking for a friendly, highly organised and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our close-knit financial planning team in Osborne Park.
n
This is a part-time role suited to someone seeking consistent hours in a supportive, family-style workplace. You'll be the welcoming face of our business, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in or call.

Key responsibilities
n
Be the first point of contact for clients – in person, over the phone and via email
n
Manage appointment scheduling for client reviews and meetings with accuracy
n
Maintain adviser diaries and boardroom bookings
n
Provide high-quality administrative support to the team
n
Prepare and maintain accurate client records in Xplan
n
Confirm appointments and manage meeting logistics
n
Handle incoming and outgoing mail with proper tracking
n
Maintain a well-organised and professional office environment
n
Assist with client engagement processes (e.g. birthday tracking, communications)
n
Run reports to support service delivery and compliance requirements
n
Support the Practice Manager and team with general administrative tasks
n
About you
n
You are meticulous, structured, and take accountability for getting the details right. You thrive in an environment where organisation, accuracy, and consistency are essential.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
At least 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience in financial services or Xplan (preferred but not essential)
n
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
n
