Energetic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Australian Government Authorized Officer to join a busy meat processing operation in Melbourne, full‐time, Monday to Friday. You will perform ante‐mortem and post‐mortem inspections and support QA/QC systems under the Quality Assurance team to maintain meat safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold current AAO accreditation with meat processing or related science background, and can work early starts with overtime as needed.
