*****+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI Architecture and Enterprise AI Transformation
n

Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and AI Solution Architecture.
n
n
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry.
n
n
Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Agent Engine, Vertex AI Search, and Model Garden.
n
n
Solid understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Management Platforms.
n
n
Experience designing and implementing AI Agents and Multi-Agent Architectures using modern frameworks.
n
n
Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
n
n
Experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps/LLMOps.
n
n
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, Fine-Tuning, Tool Orchestration, and AI Observability.
n
n
Enterprise integration experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, ServiceNow, Jira, CRM, ERP, and API ecosystems
n
n
Strong understanding of AI Security, Responsible AI, Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
n

n
Define and drive the organization's AI architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance framework.
n
n
Design scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Copilot, Gemini, Vertex AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
n
n
Architect and implement RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and document management systems.
n
n
Build and govern enterprise AI assistants, copilots, and autonomous agents for business and technology functions.
n
n




Develop reusable AI architecture patterns, accelerators, and reference implementations.
n
n
Lead the integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
n
n
Establish AI platform governance, monitoring, security, and responsible AI controls.
n
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
n
n
Provide technical leadership to AI engineers, solution architects, and development teams.
n
n
Lead AI innovation workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, and enterprise AI adoption programs.
n
n
Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
n
n
Drive AI transformation initiatives across SDLC, operations, customer service, analytics, and business processes.
n

Experience implementing AI solutions in Retail, Banking, Logistics, Postal, Supply Chain, or Transportation domains.

Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.

Microsoft and Google Cloud AI certifications.
n
n
Experience establishing and leading an AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
n
n
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
n
n
Ability to mentor teams and drive AI capability development across large organizations

n
