We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO ) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in meat cutting, trimming, processing, and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
n n
n
Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements
n
n
Bone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat products
n
n
Ensure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of products
n
n
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
n
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
n
n
Work with the team to meet production targets
n
n
Provide excellent customer service when required
n




Requirementsn
n
Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent qualification
n
n
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a qualified butcher
n
n
Strong knowledge of meat cuts and food safety standards
n
n
Good knife handling and meat preparation skills
n
n
Valid Skills Assessment for Butcher
n
n
Valid IELTS or PTE score for Australia visa requirements
n
n
