About the role:
n
Must have experience with load restraints. A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you'll be accountable for the safe loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety-first culture.
Day shift: 5 am - 1 pm
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Safe loading and delivery of customer orders
n
Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading
n
Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses
n
Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes
n
Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin
n
n
n
Experience in transport,



logistics or warehouse operations
n
Strong knowledge of Load Restraint requirements
n
BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
n
Proactive communicator who takes ownership
n
n
n
