We are looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners who have current suitability at the
Core level or above
- as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safegaurd Commission.
n
As an experienced
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown.
n
Your work will be meaningful, hands‐on, and genuinely life‐changing for the people you support.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans
n
Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
n
Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
n
Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
n
Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices
n
n
You'll thrive with us if you:

n
Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at
minimum CORE level with experience
n
Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
n
Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
n
Have a genuine passion for disability support
n
n
