A full -time international student counsellor /education consultant to work with our professional team in Sydney office;
n
n
Providing students with skilled and comprehensive information about studying in Australian universities and institutions;
n
n
Answer student's daily enquiries via telephone or email;
n
n
Design a reasonable and effective study plan according to the student's situation;
n
n
Instruct students to prepare documents for university
application/enrolment
and visa application.
n
n
Liaise between students and admission officer
n
n
Paticipate in student activities and marketing campaigns to collect potential client data.
n
n
Make outbound cold calls or send messages to targeted clients identifying potential sale lead
n
n
Deal with other student service duties including but not limited to applications visas and study plans.
n
n

Requirementsn
Skills and Experience:

n
Bachelor's degree or above;
n
n
Familiar with Australian international education and immigration system;
n
n
Have excellent student service awareness and communication skills;
n
n
Fluent in English
n
n
Have a certain sense of sales and service promotionï1⁄4›
n
n
Experience in the education consulting industry is preferred;
n
n
QEAC Certification is desirable but not mandatory;
n
n
Sophisticated skill in Microsoft Office software;
n
n
Strong time -management and multitasking skills;
n
n
Need to have work rights.
