We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Service Advisor (trainee or experienced)
to join our high-performing team in
Croydon
.

About the Role
n
n
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection.
n
Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments.
n
Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time and customer expectations are met.
n
Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended work and associated costs.
n
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including any changes to timing or costs.
n
Coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
n
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
n
Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining the work completed and any associated charges.
n
Complete all administrative tasks in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements.
n

Working Hours
n
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
n
Who Are You?
n




We welcome both experienced Service Advisors and those keen to start their career in automotive service. Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills
(retail/hospitality/admin)
n
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
n
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
n
Current NSW driver's licence
n
A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry
n
