Job Description n
Plexus Health (South Melbourne) Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare practice in South Melbourne. The successful applicant will provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to patients and work collaboratively with medical practitioners and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key responsibilities n
n
Providing nursing care and clinical support to patients.
n
Assisting medical practitioners with patient assessment, treatment and procedures.
n
Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical records.
n
Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice.
n
Providing health education and advice to patients.
n
Supporting preventative healthcare and chronic disease management.
n
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.
n
Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical, professional and workplace standards.
n
Working collaboratively with doctors,



allied health professionals and administrative staff.
n
Skills and experience n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
Relevant nursing qualification.
n
Previous experience in a medical practice/general practice environment is desirable.
n
Robust clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
n
Commitment to providing professional, patient-centred care.
n
What we offer n

Full-time employment of 38 hours per week.
n
$48–$52 per hour plus superannuation.
