Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at the Coleraine Campus.

With multiple opportunities available, we welcome applications from both experienced level 2 Enrolled Nurses and those looking to further develop their skills in a supportive rural healthcare setting. What You'll Be Doing
n
Person-Centred Care
n
Provide high‐quality nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and independence of residents and patients across aged care and acute settings.
n
Clinical Care Delivery
n
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and resident care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
n
Work closely with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is coordinated, respectful and responsive to individual needs.
n
Professional Practice
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and engage in ongoing professional development.
n
What You Bring
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
Commitment to providing safe, high‐quality and person‐centred care
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Strong clinical and organisational skills
n
Commitment to ongoing learning and career development
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Rights to work in Australia
