We're seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Administrator with a background in volume home building and strong people skills.

THE ROLE :

Manage the workflow of a portfolio of jobs.
n
n
Provide customers with updates in a timely manner.
n
n
Scheduling trades and services to resolve any issues.
n
n
Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.
n
n
Support and assist Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
n
n
Provide quality customer experience & focus on delivering outcomes.
n

n
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES

Knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
n
n
Well-rounded skillset
n
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
n

CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded
n
