nAs the Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of commercial customers and major distributors. Reporting to a consultative manager who embraces teamwork, you will have the operational support and resources to equip you to deliver results.n
n• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with existing customersn
n• Gather product specifications and requirements from customersn
n• Work with Product Managers and the Internal Sales Support team to develop product and service offeringsn
n• Present proposals, contractual documents,



and technical product information to customersn
n• Work with the National Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target marketsn
n• Research and investigate emerging markets (Education, Government and Health sectors)n
Requirements
n
n• Proven Account Management experience managing commercial or distributor accounts (experience managing education and government sector will be highly regarded)n
n• Solid communication and presentation skillsn
n• Exceptional stakeholder management skillsn
n• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsn
n• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledgen
