Early Bird Baristas Drive Thru, Bannockburn are currently on the search for a bright and bubbly hands‐on Cafe Supervisor to join the team!
n
Our Café Staff members hold a vital role in the daily functioning of our small family business, focusing on tending to customer requirements, preparing food and beverages, upholding impeccable cleanliness standards and ensuring a smooth and productive experience for all customers.
n
We prioritise our customers' first impressions, so we seek a Supervisor who is not only friendly, well‐groomed and efficient but also possess strong English language skills and exceptional customer service. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast paced environment and takes pride in supporting a team to deliver consistently great coffee, food and customer service.

Ability to supervise and provide direction for day‐to‐day operations of the café.
n
Available Tuesday - Saturday is a must!

Are passionate and have a love for coffee making and food preparation.
n
Is reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed ongoing availability.
n
Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem‐solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
n
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team - this is very much a lead from the front position.
n
Additional Responsibilities: n
n
Craft high-quality coffee and prepare other beverages, including milkshakes and smoothies.
n
Lead and support the team during shifts, creating a positive, professional and productive work environment.
n
Oversee day‐to‐day cafe operations and ensure responsibilities are completed throughout the shift.
n
Maintain excellent customer service standards and confidently resolve customer concerns when required.
n
Lead by example with strong work ethic, communication, reliability and professionalism.
n
Monitor coffee, food and service quality to ensure consistency with Early Bird standards.
n
Support the training of new team members.
n
Ensure opening and closing procedures, cleaning duties and daily operational checklists are completed correctly.
n
Assist with shift coverage and communicate promptly when staffing issues arise.
n
Work closely with Leadership team to maintain consistency and continually improve cafe operations.
