The Role and Responsibilities
n
Assisting team members with setting up onsite mechanical pressure systems of liquid / air pressure systems including components of: pumps, hoses, generators, filters etc.
n
n
Setting up of calibrated equipment within mechanical pressure systems
n
Work under Leading Hands in all tasks, responsibilities, duties, work and projects as may be requested
n
Perform any administrative requirements including accurate completion of work timesheets, JHA's, vehicle check sheets,



equipment inventory lists or any other documentation as may be required in the role.
n
Follow EnerMech best practices and internal policies in relation to safety, fatigue, cleaning equipment, support equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, inventory control, client relations.
n
Upskilling and/or cross training
n
Retraining as required with equipment updates, changes and new release
n
n
To be considered for this role you will have experience in ANY of the following areas
:
n
n
Pressure testing, chemical cleaning, flange management, high pressure blasting
n
Must have experience around mechanical equipment and items
n
Ability to react, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
n
Willingness to accept new challenges
n
Robust focus on Teamwork and capable of working unsupervised
n
Positive and team-based attitude
n
Willingness to learn other industrial services such as leak sealing, hot tapping, chemical cleaning, pressure testing
n

Required skills and Tickets:
n
n
Use or Operate level HPWJ ticket -
Essential
n
3 site medical blue card (RTAY / QAL / BSL) - highly desirable
n
Current Driver License
n
Flange face machining experience (highly desirable)
n
Heavy vehicle licence (highly desirable)
n
High Risk Work licence, Forklift (highly desirable)
n
Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
n
Working at Heights within 2 years is desirable
n
Confined Space Entry within 2 years is desirable
n
