Technology Program Coordinator
Melbourne CBD | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

The Role
n
We're working with a growing organisation undergoing a significant uplift across its technology function.
n
They've built a strong, multi-disciplinary team across IT, data, engineering, operations, and cyber, and are now looking to introduce greater structure, alignment, and delivery discipline.
n
This role will act as the central coordination point across the technology team, bringing clarity to planning, improving delivery cadence, and ensuring work is aligned and visible across the function.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Design and embed
delivery rhythms
(sprints, quarterly planning, prioritisation sessions)
n
Coordinate multiple workstreams across
IT, Data, Cyber and Engineering teams
n
Improve alignment, visibility, and accountability across the portfolio
n
Own and optimise
Jira and Confluence
as the core delivery tools
n
Build
dashboards, workflows, and automation
to streamline reporting
n
Translate delivery progress and risks into
clear, structured updates for leadership
n
Support prioritisation and capacity planning across a mix of project and BAU work
n
Provide a technology-aware lens on delivery timelines and feasibility
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Background as a Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Delivery Coordinator or Project Coordinator in a tech workplace
n
Experience working across multiple teams or workstreams
n
Strong, hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence (setup, dashboards, optimisation)
n
Experience establishing or uplifting delivery cadence and team operating rhythm
n
Ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority
n




Strong communication, able to distil complex delivery into clear, executive-level insights
n
Exposure to technology environments (IT, data, cloud, cyber or engineering)
n
n
