Job Description
The Senior
n Product Analyst provides advanced analytical and strategic insight to inform
n engagement, experience design, and product decision-making across the
Group's
n retail businesses
— including supermarkets, liquor, and group platforms. This
n role leads the discovery and analysis of customer behaviour, product
n performance, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
n and innovation. The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with Product
n Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that
n product strategies and design decisions are data-driven, evidence-based, and
n aligned with enterprise goals. The role also contributes to building analytical
n capability within the product organisation — developing frameworks, tools, and
n best practices for measuring customer engagement, usability, and value
n delivery. Through thought leadership, mentoring, and collaboration, the Senior
n Product Analyst helps drive a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and
n continuous improvement, ensuring that every product initiative delivers
n measurable impact and enhances the
Group's retail
experience.

· Bachelor's degree in a
n relevant field (or equivalent experience) Or 7+ years' experience in IT,
n technical analysis, or solution delivery

· Proven experience
n working in complex Agile environments
n
· Advanced analytical and
n problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and research into
n actionable insights
n
· Strong facilitation,
n influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business
n audiences
n
· High level of data
n literacy, including understanding statistical significance and interpreting
n complex datasets
n
· Ability to coach and
n uplift analysis capability, including story slicing, acceptance criteria
n quality, and analytical techniques
n
· Strong written and
n verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and
n technical concepts clearly and concisely

· Effective risk
n identification and mitigation skills, particularly related to requirements,
n dependencies, and delivery readiness

Experience

· Extensive experience working
n in Agile and scaled-Agile delivery environments, leading complex analysis
n across multiple teams, systems, and integrations
n
· Proven experience
n across end-to-end product discovery, including customer research, problem
n framing, and hypothesis-driven exploration
n
· Experience with data
n mapping, data flows, and system integrations (APIs/interfaces)
n
· Demonstrated experience
n defining, documenting, and validating complex functional and non-functional
n requirements in large-scale, risk-sensitive environments
n
· Experience shaping
n product strategy and roadmaps through evidence-based insights and analytics
n
· Robust background
n partnering with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Architects in
n cross-functional teams
n
· Proven experience
n managing dependencies, risks, and ambiguity across complex delivery landscapes
n
· Experience analysing
n and improving business processes to drive efficiency, automation, and better
n customer outcomes
n
· Experience working with
n enterprise platforms and integrated systems, ideally within large or complex
n organisations
