Parc Pavilion is an 800-seat venue in the heart of Cronulla. This expansive venue, spanning two floors, offers a diverse range of dining experiences, including a ground-floor bistro and café, takeaway offer, a first-floor bistro and cocktail bar, an Italian restaurant, and private dining areas, all serviced by two state-of-the-art kitchens.
What is the role? n
n
Actions cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery
n
Operates dishwashing machine as per instruction manual
n
General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers
n
Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
n
Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.
n




Ensure each outlet is supplied with sanitised clean and dry operational equipment.
n
Ensure correct handling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer's instructions.
n
Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of correctly from all kitchen areas each shift.
n
What is needed to be successful in this role? n
n
Experience in a similar role
n
Desire to start a career in the Kitchen
n
Able to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday including weekends, nights and public holidays
n
Must reside and hold a valid working visa in Australia – no sponsorship available
n
