are looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners of
all experience and suitability levels

Campbelltown and surrounding areas

In this role you will:
n
n
Supporting NDIS participants, along with their families and carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
n
Owning the assessment, development and delivery of evidence-based support plans within a complex support workplace
n
Driving meaningful goals and measurable outcomes, using a positive behaviour support framework and a commitment to eliminating restrictive practices
n
Ensuring plans reflect each participant's goals, strengths and what matters most to them
n
Building the capability, confidence and understanding of those supporting participants in their day-to-day lives
n
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced practitioners
n
Qualifications
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
A degree qualification as an allied health professional
n
Experience in report writing
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a wide-ranging caseload
n
A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a drive to improve outcomes and test new ideas
n
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
n
n
