Job Description
n
Join Pullman East Melbourne's dynamic Food & Beverage team as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering polished, guest-focused service across our bars, restaurants and premium event spaces. You will be a hands-on leader on the floor, solving problems in real time, elevating each guest experience, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
n
You're responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
n
n
n
Lead day-to-day operations across F&B; outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient and on-brand service.
n
n
Act as an efficient problem solver, confidently managing guest issues, service challenges and operational roadblocks.
n
n
Champion a guest-centric culture by anticipating needs, personalising service and maintaining high standards.
n
n
Coach, support, and motivate the team, providing clear direction,



feedback and on-the-job training.
n
n
Work closely with the Outlet Manager and broader Hotel Leadership team to achieve service, revenue and quality targets.
n
Qualifications
n
Our ideal candidate will hold the below (but not limited to):
n
n
2+ years' experience within the Food & Beverage.
n
Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry, with an innovative mindset.
n
Solid focus and passion for hotel, food and beverage operations, and guest satisfaction.
n
Ability to excel within a busy operation and be able to multitask with a warm friendly approach
n
Ability to work flexibility (including nights, weekends, public holidays).
n
Possession of impeccable attention to detail and time management skills.
n
Ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver successful operations.
n
Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
n
Must hold a valid RSA.
