About
n the Role
n We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Finance and Procurement
n Compliance AI Platform team. You will play a key role in building, operating,
n and scaling a production AI solution that automates purchasing compliance
n checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The platform processes contracts,
n invoices, and timesheets using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and LLM-powered
n validation workflows, ensuring accurate and auditable compliance outcomes
n with human oversight.

In
n this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-native services using Python
n and Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Cosmos
n DB, and Snowflake. You will design and optimize data integrations,
n orchestrate large-scale document-processing pipelines, implement monitoring
n and observability solutions, and support CI/CD-driven deployments. You will
n also build evaluation infrastructure that enables data scientists to measure,
n track, and improve model performance.

The
n ideal candidate will have strong Python engineering skills, experience




n developing serverless or event-driven solutions on Azure, and expertise in
n SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. A solid understanding of
n testing, code quality, observability, and cloud security is essential.
n Experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, SAP integrations,
n MLflow, Azure ML, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitLab CI/CD will be highly
n advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical AI

n • Demonstrated experience managing projects in mining, energy, manufacturing,
n utilities, or heavy industrial sectors.
n • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
n • Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
n Preferred Qualifications
n • Engineering or related degree
n • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
n • Mining/resource sector experience.
