The Role and Responsibilities

We're on the lookout for an experienced
Senior Recruitment Specialist
to join our team in
Henderson, WA
. This role supports operations across Australia and will see you recruit a wide variety of roles, from office-based support staff to blue-collar project and shutdown workers.

Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles
n

Supporting fast-paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts
n
n
n
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
n
n
n
Proactively sourcing candidates using your networks and industry know-how
n
n
n
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines
n
n
n
Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company processes
n
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
3–5 years' experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
n
Demonstrated experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work through ambiguity while following processes
n
A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
