Bayside region
and looking for OTs who enjoy being able to work from home and close to home!

We have a varied & large waiting list for services.
AAA will allocate a suitable caseload within 30mins of your suburb.

Your Role will include
n
n
Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
n




Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
n
Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
n
Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
n
Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
n
Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
n
Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
n
Qualifications
n
What You'll Need to Succeed
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
n
A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
n
A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
n
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together!)
n
