Tasks:

Collaborate and provide support to Product and Development teams
n
n
Assist in planning business design, managing client onboarding, and product
enhancements/integrations
n
n
Record requirements, technical approaches, and amendments to decisions and actions
n
n
Help the team run efficient and well-communicated deployments
n
n
Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
n
n
Conducting research and analysis in support of operations
n
n
Assist in operational support of our clients
n
n
Researching, analysis, and testing of product solution and functions
n
n
n

Coordinate with teams required

Understanding Agile / Scrum
n

Basic
exposure/experience
using project/product management software tools (JIRA, Confluence, Team, Gantt)

Experience gathering requirements
n

Great verbal and written communication skills

A self-managed individual with excellent organisational skills

Proficient in technical software development vocabulary

Experienced in/understanding of software development testing

Ability to work as part of an outcome driven team
