Job Description
Silverchain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support older members of the community in Hadfield and surrounds. If you have at least 3 months in a similar role, you will help with home care tasks and personal support to maintain independence and wellbeing.

You'll perform housekeeping, meal prep, hygiene assistance, mobility support and transport to appointments, while building positive relationships with clients and families. A valid local driver's licence is required.
