About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 3-Piece Can Maker to join a well-established manufacturing team.
This is a highly specialised position working across the 3-piece can-making process, producing food/aerosol cans in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, set up and monitor 3-piece can-making machinery
Complete machine adjustments, changeovers and setup
Monitor production quality and output
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and production issues
Carry out routine maintenance and adjustments
Work to strict safety and quality standards
Support continuous improvement across the production line
About You
Genuine 3-piece can-making experience
Previous experience working with can-making machinery




Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Ability to work rotating shifts
Solid understanding of safety and quality requirements
Important:
General Mechanical Fitter experience alone will not be suitable.
Candidates must have genuine
3-piece can-making experience
, as these skills are highly specialised and take significant time to develop.
