Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our team, servicing Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong residential construction background who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
n
As a Service & Warranty Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing post-construction service and warranty matters, ensuring our customers continue to receive a high standard of support long after they have received the keys to their new home.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
n
Conducting new home service and warranty inspections
n
n
Identifying, assessing and resolving building defects and maintenance issues
n
n
Preparing detailed inspection reports and service requests
n
n
Coordinating trades, suppliers and contractors to complete rectification works
n
n




Providing technical advice and guidance to customers throughout the warranty process
n
n
Building strong relationships with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service
n
n
Working closely with Service & Warranty Administrators, Technicians and internal stakeholders
n
n
Managing warranty outcomes in line with company standards, VBA requirements and industry best practice
n
n
Ensuring service requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timeframes
n
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the warranty process
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
n
Previous experience within a Service & Warranty, Maintenance or Construction role in the residential building industry
n
n
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and defect diagnosis
n
n
Sound knowledge of VBA requirements, building regulations and industry standards
n
n
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
n
n
Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally
n
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




n
n
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
n
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
n
The following would be highly regarded:
n

n
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
n
n
Trade qualification within the construction industry
n
n
Experience working within a volume home building environment
n
