n Join residents as they plant, nurture, and enjoy beautiful cottage gardens — a space filled with colour, calm, and connection. Bring your warmth, enthusiasm, and love of the outdoors as you help guide residents through easy gardening activities that spark joy and pride.n
n Whether you have experience in horticulture or simply a green thumb and a love for nature, your presence will be truly valued.n
n By spending time in the garden together, you'll support older residents to stay active, maintain their mobility, and boost their overall wellbeing — all while sharing meaningful moments in the sunshine. n

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements
n
n We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.n
n 18 years or older • NDIS Worker Screening Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •n
