NSW Health is seeking a Credentialled Diabetes Educator (Registered Nurse) to join the DOMTRU team at Campbelltown Hospital on a temporary part time basis (8 hours/week, Wednesdays).
The role focuses on enhancing diabetes care and education across South Western Sydney, with telehealth and onsite visits to GP practices.
You will work with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses and multidisciplinary teams, supporting education, care coordination and research activities within DOMTRU.
