Customer Relationship Manager
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Are you a property professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and making things happen?
We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the Community and Government Engagement Team at Infrastructure Canberra.
You'll manage your own portfolio of government and non-government customers and tenants, acting as their key contact for property, tenancy and leasing matters.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.
You could be working with a tenant to resolve a property issue, coordinating services across the business, supporting the team to allocate building expenses or working with landlords, contractors and other government areas to get the right outcome.
We're looking for someone who:
builds strong relationships and delivers outstanding customer service
can confidently manage competing priorities and solve problems
communicates and negotiates effectively with a range of people
understands property, tenancy or commercial leasing, or has relevant transferable experience
is comfortable using software systems and Microsoft applications
looks for better ways of doing things and is willing to contribute ideas.
You'll be part of a diverse team managing services that support ACT Government operations and the Canberra community.

Note:
This is a temporary position available immediately until 26 February ****, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
