The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Tier 1 contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a significant multi-storey apartment project in Adelaide's CBD.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of site delivery on a complex residential development, working alongside an experienced Project Manager and broader project team to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day site operations and delivery of the project.
You will:
Lead and coordinate the site team, subcontractors and trades to achieve project milestones
Manage construction sequencing, site logistics and day-to-day site activities
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and program
Build productive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively and efficiently
Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project momentum and achieve key milestones
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements and project documentation
Provide strong leadership and direction across all stages of construction
About You
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in multi-storey residential or apartment construction and the ability to confidently lead a complex project from site.
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey apartment or high-rise residential projects
Experience managing complex construction sequencing, logistics and subcontractor interfaces
A strong understanding of commercial construction methodology, drawings and specifications
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate large site teams and subcontractor groups
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach to safety, quality and project delivery
Relevant trade or construction qualifications
Most importantly, you will be a confident site leader who can build strong relationships, maintain momentum and create a positive, accountable site culture.
