Bunnings is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management for a busy store.
You'll report to the Regional Manager and oversee 120+ team members across departments, with support from Assistant Site Managers and Department Managers.
You'll develop local strategies, monitor customer service levels, and coordinate with Commercial Sales, Distribution, Fulfilment and Support Office to optimise stock, safety and efficiency.
