Key Responsibilities
Assessvehicledamageanddetermineappropriaterepairrequirements
Checkdeliveredpartstoensuretheyarecorrectandfreefromdefects
Remove,repairandreplacedamagedpanels,framesandvehiclecomponents
Disassemblevehiclesinlinewithjobsheetsandrepairrequirements




Reassemblevehiclesfollowingthecompletionofrepairwork
Carryoutmetalshaping,cutting,straighteningandweldingtasks
Completestructuralandpanelrepairstorequiredqualitystandards
Performrusttreatmentandframealignmentworkwhererequired
Applybodyfillerandpreparesurfacesthroughsandingandrelatedpreparationwork
Handlevehiclescarefullythroughoutallstagesoftherepairprocess
Maintainworkshoptoolsandequipmentinasafe,cleanandserviceablecondition
FollowworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresanduserequiredPPE
Maintainaclean,organisedandprofessionalworkarea
Staycurrentwithrelevantrepairtechniquesandindustrydevelopments
Workeffectivelywithotherteammemberstoachievequalityandproductivitytargets
Requirements & Eligibility
QualifiedPanelBeaterwithrelevanttradeexperience
Abilitytodemonstrateandverifyrelevantqualificationsandemploymentexperience
Strongpracticalexperienceinvehiclebodyrepairsandsmashrepairwork
Competencyinmetalshaping,weldingandfabricationtechniques
Knowledgeofstructuralrepairs,framealignmentandrusttreatment
Experiencewithbodyfiller,sandingandsurfacepreparation
Abilitytodisassembleandreassemblevehiclecomponentsaccurately
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttohigh-qualityworkmanship
Abilitytoworksafelyandfollowestablishedworkshopprocedures
Goodcommunicationandteamworkskills
Reliable,motivatedandprofessionalapproachtowork
